How to order

Getting your favourite lasagna has never been easier!
Simply choose between our convenient pickup or delivery options.

1 | Pickup

  • Complete the online preorder form with your desired quantity and lasagna options.

  • After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation with details about your order, including pick-up time, location, and payment information.

  • On the scheduled day, visit our location to pick up your freshly baked lasagna or ready-to-bake. We’ll make sure everything is ready for you!

  • If you’re planning a pick-up within 24 hours, make sure to place your order by 2 PM the day before.

  • Due to stock levels, availability may vary.
    We will confirm the final details via email.

    Minimum spend for delivery:

    $100 (Monday to Friday)
    $200 (Saturday to Sunday)

  • To place a pick-up order, To place a pick-up order, simply fill out the form or give us a call with your order details. Choose your lasagna size and preferred pick-up time. We’ll prepare your lasagna fresh and have it ready for you at the agreed time. Don’t forget to bring your order confirmation (you will receive it via email; if you don't find it, check your spam folder).

  • We offer two sizes for pickup: 500g for individual servings and 1.7kg for family or group servings.

  • We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have your lasagna prepared and ready for pick-up.

  • No, but we can adapt the lasagna based on your dietary requirement. Just let us know when placing your order.

  • Our pickup location is Unit 8/30 Beaconsfield St, Alexandria NSW 2015.

  • Our pick-up hours are from 9am to 5pm. You can pick up your order during these times.

  • Yes, payment is required at the time of ordering. After we receive your order, we will send you the order confirmation and the payment reference.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes up to 12hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

  • There is no minimum order requirement for pickup. You can order any size lasagna you prefer.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your lasagna. This helps us verify your order and ensure a smooth pick-up process.
